It's not troubling at all, based on the various sports I played growing up, I'd say close to half of the players on any team didn't care for the coach.

why would you consider rumors period?

What it shows me is some fairly convincing albeit circumstantial evidence that, just as the fanbase was sharply divided over Les' mishandling of JJ/JL and his curious loyalty to JJ, so to was the locker room, which resulted in the lack of "effort" on 1/9/12. It shows me that those wounds are still fresh. It also shows me that certain ex-players have an alarming lack of respect for their former Head Coach, which is very troubling for a number of reasons.

I certainly agree this shows very poorly on those ex-players and I think less of them for their actions. However, when you consider the rumors of what happened prior to 1/9/12 and when you consider the pathetic display of football we witnessed on 1/9/12, I think it shows very poorly on Les and his incredible mishandling of the JJ debacle.

That's the fans' problem. Anyone that's still butthurt over the NC needs to get over it. Any player that is still crying about that game doesn't need to be on the team.

I agree that the QB situation was less than ideal last year, and I think everyone involved learned from it. But I'm not worried about players speaking out against Miles. It's nothing new, it's just that we know about it now due to freaking Twitter. I'd venture to guess that most coaches have players that speak out negatively about them. We know that many a player have spoken out about Nick Saban.

Everyone doesn't have to like each other to play together. That's part of what separates good college players from professional players

I believe Ruben Randle also ripped the coaching on twitter.

That would be how many? What percentage of total players?

Well said.... And it's not very good for a aspiring local sports talk show host to be blasting the home team.... Not very smart.. I'm sure the guys at 104.5 are thrilled...

Yup. I am done listening to him. Not that it was ever actually any good anyway. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional.

Is this telling as well:

I have had a couple hours to cool down; I apologize, I'm very passionate and I was impulsive; I need to watch the film and form an opinion

The coaches did an incredible job overall; there were a couple crucial decisions that I believe were the wrong ones but they still did great

He is exactly right! Miles has lost 2 games with the best players in the nation. The players showed that last night. Everyone on this site knows we have the best players but the coaching is just good enough to not get fired. Fires his stupid arse already !

I think he's trolling.
The miniature golf course where he works is closed for the season, he has time on his hands and he is bored.

Coach made one bad impacting decision. The 54 yard FG. The other two were not good, but did not cost us the game.

This loss, if you really want to pin it on someone, is on Chief. The prevent defense to end the game was a terrible call on his part.
