No problem TBob. Plenty of other media outlets talking about upcoming coaching changes….I’ll listen there and continue to not listen to you.

I think he was specifically talking about the Scone and T podcast. The reason being is that he wants to talk football - about the games.

Earlier in the show he was talking about Coach O, about him answering questions at the presser. T-Bob said something like - "we're all adults here. The writing is on the wall."

He kind of explained his stance in depth on the Scone and T podcast yesterday, and I can't say I disagree with him. He basically said he waits all year for football, and you only get it 12 Saturday's throughout the year, and it sucks that not even halfway through it the conversation isn't about the football anymore.

coaching changes is all about football

what is he talking about? we're about to be 3 and 3...

half way through and LSU is not ranked in the top 40.

it's hard to be excited about football when you're team isn't relevant in the second half of the season.

If you want to talk about x and o's t how jimmies and joes can't block go for it

the only players I enjoy watching right now are Boutte, Bech, Mason, and our Kicker...

who else gets you excited? there are not many new Fournette star power excitement on this team... it kind of sucks.

we might have a star RB but we will never know with this OL

I mean I can sort of understand why they wouldn’t want to spend the next 8 weeks talking about who the next coach should be

Because he is a former player and not a true journalist!

This is one of the dumbest things I've seen on the Rant in the last week. What a fricking idiot.

When it happens it will happen, there's no point incessantly talking about every day when we can actually still talk football games itself.

You can extend that logic to say it is pointless to talk about football games as well because what happens happens regardless of whether we talk about it or not.

The point of us talking about it is for us vent and/or try to understand what is happening and express out own hopes/disappointment/understanding regardless of them having no real impact.

In a vacuum this may be a valid statement though I do not think people think Auburn is that competitive this season now. But combined with UCLA plus what we have seen in other games, including a near collapse vs Moo State, the Auburn loss becomes much more significant.

Listening to him and Hester yesterday it sure sounded like they both know it’s coming but they didn’t address it directly

That's because they don't want to be blackballed by the CEO. In a way, I can't blame them. They have very close ties to the program (and Media Credentials). If they start blasting the current coach, as much as he deserves it, O will have Derek pull their credentials and they'll have hell getting them back for a new coach.

Michael Cauble, didn't play the position collegiately. But, he sure as hell questioned it resoundingly with a pessimism on WBRZ'S Preseason show the night before the UCLA game.

He must've stayed at a Holiday Inn Express?
