Has anyone called anyone on the BOS yet? Response?
I still can't believe these clowns gave this dope a gigantic buyout when no one else wanted him.

Fans should also boooooo Alleva when he’s on the field or on the screen in the stadium. He’s at the games, let him hear it.
OP should add that in the list of things to do

So when and where is the rally ?
Might I suggest pre-game ( televised game ) then make that the no attendance game. The visual of 1000s outside in protest the not in the game would be hugely powerful. The national coverage would linger for weeks creating leverage that otherwise may not be realized.

Bump
There is absolutely no excuse for such a contract to be signed off by Alleva and F. King.
These guys are supposed to be the utmost professionals, in charge of 10's of millions of dollars. It's inexcusable they can be so irresponsible.
As LSU Alum's we have a responsibility also to make sure our money is being spent wisely.

I've read this entire thread, and while the annual budget for the football program/athletic department has been mentiond, no one has mentioned this LINK ]Wall Street Journal article that came out two weeks ago.
Sorry, this is the WSJ link, but not to the entire article. Moscona discussed this on his show more than one day after it came out. Ohio State, Texas and Oklahoma are "worth" OVER a BILLION dollars. LSU is fifth! FIFTH worth over $900,000,000.
Think about that LSU football is the fifth biggest, financially, college football program. If it were a for-profit like any other business it has a net worth of nearly a BILLION dollars. And this $910,000,000.00 football program just LOST. TO a Sun Belt conference team; IN TIGER STADIUM.
A program that should be in the reckoning for SEC Championships regularly, if not annually; and for the national championship. LOST. AT TIGER STADIUM. TO A SUN BELT team.

I'm fairly certain season tickets didn't sell out this year, tumble will be hard next year with no change.
One step I don't think was mentioned is contacting the sponsors.

Hmmm. I take LSU football WAY too seriously, or, I wouldn't be reading and posting on this board.
Yet, a call to fire F. King Alexander, b/c LSU lost to Troy in football. I don't know about that. LSU is an educational institution, not a minor league football team. If Alexander is doing a poor job of running the academics (I'm told the library is in shambles) then, that might be a reason to fire him. Not this.
On the other hand, Joe Alleva is a really bad AD and yeah, I'd fire him; I certainly wouldn't have him decide at the end of the year if the season's results should result in firing Orgeron, and if so, selecting his replacement.
In Joe's defense, one could argue he had Fisher lined up at the end of the 2015 season, and Alexander shot it down (and perhaps for legitimate reasons.)
Whoever is the boss over both Alexander and Alleva (I assume the BOS) is really the decision-maker here; what I'd like to see happen is for them to tell Alexander, look, we know you have plenty on your plate, but football is important at LSU and these results are unacceptable. Fire Alleva, hire a good, smart, savvy AD who can communicate effectively and has a track record of sound decision-making, and then let him decide at the end of the season whether Orgeron stays or goes, and if goes, let him select the new coach.

I emailed TAF and all the board members Sunday night. Of course, no response

Yeah, there are certainly people that say "oh c'mon, this is just a game, there are more important things in life"..
They obviously don't realize this is a BILLION DOLLAR organization that Joe Alleva is running into the ground. I don't care if there are more important things in life (which there absolutely are), the fact remains that this is a BILLION DOLLAR organization and accountability must be had. We, the fans, are effectively the stockholders and absolutely have a right to demand that our leaders be held accountable.

I bet these BOS members would listen if their places of business took a financial hit.

I agree F. King and Alleva need to go but to recommend we stop buying LSU items and not show to games is treacherous. One doing so would be hurting the LSU brand and recruiting. Step the frick back and look at how you can hurt the program by these actions. That said, focus on getting rid of F. King and Alleva.
