Survey question for those interested...rule change that SHOULD occur IMO

Upvote for agreement...downvote for no.

"Should college football players who apply for the draft but are NOT drafted and don't even visit NFL camps be prohibited from returning to college if eligibility remains?"

As most know the NCAA prohibits college football players from coming back now. I say they should be able because the NCAA has certainly allowed baseball draft applied players to return to college if they have eligibility and didn't sign with MLB teams.
