NO!! That's why the votes aren't going up faster.
It's easy! VOTE by single clicking JJ and the other 4 to the left. Press HOME! Clear cookies! Press Back! Revote! I am doing 10+ a minute this way.

Ctrl+Shift+Delete to dump your cookies y'all. Seriously though I only have to do it once every 5-10 minutes. Just refreshing works fine for the most part.

tools->Internet Options-> Delete->Delete Cookies
