ETA: If you look at the LSU endzone, they're in the second suite below the the scoreboard screen, then the dude perfect guys are 2 suites to the right under 'nship'

If you look around at the top you can spy some lookouts posted in a few spots.
I picked a few out with the binoculars during the game.
Couldn't spy any snipers anywhere but you gotta believe they were up there somewhere.
