MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION:
What is the menu in the club if the game gets moved?

It'll be at Florida. They expect the worst of the storm to be past by game time. If I'm wrong I'll gladly eat crow

Public safety may cause the game to be moved. Law enforcement officials will be needed to deal with the storms aftermath.

Much more to this than simply "the worst of the storm to be past".

Unless, of course, it mysteriously stalls somewhere off the east coast of Florida. The storm will impact transportation, though, and the stress on the accommodations and routes along the Atlantic Coast will be high. According to NOAA's NHC, right now 12:40 pm Eastern time) the storm should make landfall along the NC-SC border at 8 am Saturday. If this is true, the storm's effects on the game itself should be minimal (barring any aberrant feeder bands cropping up).

I doubt they keep the game at 11 if they move it here. They won't make any money off of the game and that's a big portion of the agreement to have it in Tiger Stadium. No earlier than 3, IMO

I get what you're saying, but how does a later start help attendance in this case? If someone is interested in going, I doubt they had plans at noon since that was the scheduled kickoff. Seema like backing it up would be a wash as now you have fans who made plans for after the scheduled kickoff.

Really? 11am-2:30 vs 3:00-6:30?

can't understand why so many want this game played here

Who said they want it in TS? I don't because of the reason you just stated. I am just stating facts, the game will likely move because of so many unknowns. Myself I hope it goes to a neutral site.

With TV considerations I doubt they can make the change that quickly.

I'm sure TV will understand the situation. SEC Network Alternate channel?

No I get that but I think you'd start to run into diminishing returns due to people who already have afternoon plans assuming it would be an 11AM kickoff in Gainesville.

We real cajuns don't murder people. We befriend them, feed them all the artery-clogging goodness they can handle, then let it fester.
