Stoppable Force Meets Movable Object

Stoppable Force
LSU ranks 112th in rushing yards per game (117 ypg) and 111th in yards per attempt (3.7 ypc).
Movable Object
Ole Miss ranks 122nd in the country in rushing yards allowed per game (191 ypg) and 118th in rushing yards given up per attempt (5.1 ypc).
Will LSU have its best game running the ball this season against a bad defense, or will Ole Miss finally stop the running game?
Conversely, LSU’s defense is 10th in the country at stopping the run (64 ypg), while Ole Miss is 25th in the country at running the ball (219 ypg). Seems like each side of the ball is fairly evenly matched here. This is the worst rushing defense we’ve faced but also the best rushing offense - I would personally say this favors the side with the better defense.

What makes you say that? Just curious.

LSU will not be able to run the ball. Doesn’t matter what Ole Miss’ defensive rankings are.

If we can run the ball and play sound defense, I think we have the win.

LSU can run on a 2 man front buddy.

What makes you say that?
