It's true that with Wade on the bench, we would either fall way behind and come back, or get way ahead, blow the lead, and then pull it out.

But Wade would have made an adjustment, defensively, to all the easy, wide open baskets Yale was getting in the second half. LSU being undisciplined on offense, at times, was nothing new. But there was never any real response from our coaches to what Yale was doing, or at least there sure wasn't any evidence of it.

But hey, we won, and I'm happy for that, especially now that we're in the tournament.

I really miss Wade.

I can't stand fricks like you who try to tell people what they should stop.

Sorry, but he's a wonderful and beloved coach and if we want to voice of thoughts about him, we should.

Again, I really miss Wade. He is a very passionate coach and I miss his enthusiasm.

Did Wade make adjustments in the Florida games to stop them from getting easy baskets?

He didn't coach the last Florida game. And as for the first two, how many times did you see a guy open by 15 feet under the basket? Not nearly as much as what happened in the second half today. Florida Shot the three better in the first two games than they have all year, and that's what kept them in those games, along with LSU's typical lapses on offense.

Are you really trying to make an argument that Wade is not a better coach than Benford?

If we could just clean up the execution by the guards towards the end of the game, when they get tired, it would be OK..

It's just like they press at the end of games

Go watch the two games Wade coached against FL and you will see it for yourself.

Where did I compare their coaching abilities? I didn't, that's your agenda. Neither one of them made the adjustments you are referring to. Hell, the first FL get they scored 8+ points on under the basket inbound dunks and/or lay ups and Wade didn't make any adjustments.

We miss WW because:

1) After we won the SEC, the SECT is a golden opportunity to start putting on the finishing touches for March Madness. We are a young team and still a work-in-progress.

2) WW needs the experience. He's a relatively young HC. This would have been his 3rd tournament.

“ this team did exactly what Will Wade’s teams have done all year. “

Play well enough for this season to win the SEC?

First, I didn't see all of those games, but I don't recall LSU having big leads in all of those games, go dead, and lose them in the end. In fact, in one of the Arkansas games, wasn't LSU down 18 points, come all the way back, only to have Tremont not bring it all the way home on the last possession?

How does the OK. St. loss fit the pattern of having a big lead, going dead, and losing in the end?

I say the SEC tournament game and Yale fit that pattern but in neither of those games was Wade the HC.
