His national rank is listed at 1,483. Just out of the top 100.

If he’s from Maine I’m not stepping foot in that stadium this season.

Sat next to his grandpaw at the LSU/ULL baseball game. He is a walk on tight end.

His gpaw gushed about Brady and the new offense. Very similar stuff to what you hear on this board.
Did his gpaw say what King did on his year off between HS and walking on at LSU?

If he turns out to be good, the fellows at College Game Day will come to this thread and steal all of these jokes.

He grew up in Metairie playing at Girard playground and moved. I believe his dad is a military guy which is why he moved. Never got a chance to watch him in high school or check out any film, but he was a barely above average player as a youngster. Glad to see he came back home and is giving it a shot though.

Possible late bloomer who was never anywhere long enough to fit into a system. You can't coach that kind of size. If he has good speed and quickness he may be a nice find.

He's hitching a ride to Dover* but he better stop being a Running Man** and hit Maximum Overdrive to finish that Green Mile or he'll end up in Shawshank thinking IT over while jerkin off to Carrie and Christine.

*Creepshow 2. Obscure I know.
** Little known fact before the Internet that the Movie is based on a King science fiction book written under a pseudonym

Yep, his family is good friends with my wife's family. Good kid and great people, hope to see him get some playing time.

They moved when his dad became the drum major to the President's Own Marine Band.

He's a sophmore this season, was on the team last year, didn't take a year off after graduating.

If He's gonna be a TE then DREAMCATCHER will be his nickname. If they convert him to a big arse running back then RUNNING MAN comes to mind.
