Ware getting the start

I'm going to guess this has something to do with injury/illness. Hopefully it's not injury related. Shores has been better than Ware. I could understand Schmidt maybe, if this was a move away from Shores on Sundays.

Why don't you just call JJ and ask him flip flopper

All i know is reaves aint starting

He was definitely warming up each of the last two nights.

Well, if true, then I guess there was always a plan for him not to start. But typically you'd see TBD listed for game 3 starter going into the weekend. I could be wrong, but wasn't Shores slated to start?

We will know for sure if he warms up and comes in to pitch tonight I guess.

Feels like a teaching move from the ole ball coach. Let him know he isnt unfalable and were trying to win a championship. Get on board or get off!

I think that’s valid. By all accounts though Chase is a great dude and a great teammate, one of the leaders on the pitching staff. It’s also a teaching moment to the entire team that CJJ is going to play who he thinks gives LSU the best chance to win.
