I agree. The loss last night sucked but I'll hold off on judgement until conference play starts. I really like TJ but if there isn't any improvement in the conference this year I just don't see things getting better.

No they didn't.

They are the favorite to win their conference this year though.

The problem with Trent is he came in with no ties to LA or the south for that matter, I don't know how far things got with Travis Ford or Anthony Grant but those two would have been a lot better fit for LSU than West Coast Trent

Granted Trent has been far from stellar so far but I think it is premature to talk about a new coach at this point in the season. I am hopeful that the snowball effect will come into play and LSU basketball will start building momentum and grow over time to be a contender for the championships. But getting the ball rolling is the slow part of the game, where progress is hardest to see.

Last year we were a few shots away from winning many games that we lost. This year hopefully we clear those hurdles and we should as this team I believe is better than last years team, and make it to the NCAA tournament and then next year (hopefully with Gathers) make it even further into the tournament.

Fingers crossed. But I agree this is TJ last chance to make it or break it. I think it is the former and not the latter.

Really? Ya think?

You mean after just 2 games, one a win and one a loss, you are not ready to throw in the towel and fire the coach?

YOU ARE NOT A TRUE FAN!!!!!!!!
