My favorite play was when he was throwing a 5 yard pass to a wide open guy in the backfield with no one around him.... and the ball fell 3 yards short

But Palmer said his stats would be a lot better if he was getting any help.

all this and we'll get no credit for skull dragging UW

Credit or no credit, LSU got the W vs Washington. LSU is undefeated...UW, Stanford, and USC are not.

I actually think the bigger message here is for LSU fans: First-year QB early in the season on the road isn't an easy task, be thankful LSU was fortunate enough to overcome adversity and win their road game unlike stanford. (not to mention LSU's road game at auburn was against a much better team and in a much more hostile environment IMO)

Stanfords offense is much worse than I expected. Im not taking anything away from LSU or Washington. The reason why I thought Stanford would win was because I thought they had a good Oline and ground game with a good qb. Nunes is terrible.

Washington played well above their level. Winning on the road is never a given. Stanford does have a good line, just didn't matter, the other team came to play for 4 quarters....

But how did Stanford ever beat the all powerful USC Trojans? The best team to ever be assembled!

I, for one, will enjoy trying to watch the talking heads on ESPN try to talk their way out of that. Seeing how they hyped up both teams.

I'll have to make an exception and turn on College Football live and watch it.

Agreed, not to mention UW's only points v our D was due to the fumble on the kick return.

We couldve easily beaten washington by 60. We were playing conservative kicking field goals near the goal line and not trying to score late and still put up 41

What it means: The problem with the Huskies win for the Pac-12 is that LSU stomped Washington 41-3 on Sept. 8. That will resonate nationally when folks compare conferences. As for the Pac-12 picture, the Huskies take a step forward and Stanford takes a step back. And this further diminishes USC, which lost 21-14 at Stanford on Sept. 15.

The thing I took away from watching that game was...

Les was right on the money saying Washington would play better than they did against us, and that they would get someone. They did.

I think what all of this proves is in that crappy conference, the only team you can trust is Oregon.

Love it. LSU beats Washington and ESPN says Washington is bad, LSU looked alright, blah blah. Washington beats Stanford and it's "look at the parity in the PAC 12."

So is the PAC 12 full of mediocre teams or is LSU actually that "damn strong"?

Think I will go with the latter.
