Congrats Chris. You have been on fire , and a major part of this teams success. To have this amount of production coming from the 9 hole is invaluable!!

It’s amazing. And fielding too.

Only a complete a-hole isn’t impressed.

I feel like pretty early on, Lester Earl said he would be a hell of a 9 hole hitter or something along those lines.

But what a weapon. Glad he is on the good Tigers now!

I think he’s leading us in hitting in the SEC, kind of like Braswell did last year. Other guys get a lot of the buzz, but these guys are the ones getting it done.

He and Dickinson were huge additions to this team from the portal. Curiel is a phenom. CJJ just needs to light the fire on Bear and Frey. If those 2 guys start hitting then watch out!

I will post an open letter to Stanfield tomorrow after my sons 13u championship game. The kid deserves to hit 3 hole...

Make sure to monitor their pitch counts.

I don’t know why this keeps getting repeated on this board. Last year in the SEC

.337 Larson
.318 Tanks
.310 Bras

Bras was impressive last year and has been doing it again this year. I’m just trying to correct the record

His at bats are very good. Always seems comfortable. Huge plus coming out of the 9 hole

That at-bat at OU where the first baseman was crashing expecting the suicide squeeze and he drove the ball down the line opposite field was an excellent at-bat. Stanfield fault off a few pitches and then hit a pretty good pitch and I kind of felt step up to another level after that at bat and he really is stepping it up

Larson looked awful at the plate last night after the 3 run bomb on Thursday.

Which bears the question: why is our best hitter for average, and the fastest player on the team batting 9th?

He should be batting 1st or 2nd.

You put your best hitters at the front of the lineup so they get more at bats. At least that is what we were told on why Crews was moved to lead off.

He should never elevate the ball. And he does sometimes. I’ll add Brazzy to that list too.

It’s just bad baseball unless there’s a runner on 3rd with less than two outs in a tight game. It’s that simple.
