Some friends and I are gonna try to go to the Spring game this year. I've been trying to find any information on-line about it and haven't had much success other than knowing that it's on March 31st. Do you have to pay for the Spring game tickets? If so, where can you get them? Is there anything else going on around Tiger Stadium that day, i.e. Fanfest? What time is the game?

in past years it's been like $5, available at the ticket office.

It's free this year. There will be activities starting at 10:30. Then SEC Champions presentation at noon, followed by game. Then baseball hosts Arkansas at 7.

It was also "free" last year but u needed to go online and print a ticket with a $1 fee. Is it the same this year? Or Litteraly walk through gates just show up free?

For those of us who don't live in Louisiana or will not be able to attend the spring game, will it be televised this year and if so, but what network?

Go to the game. How often do you get to see the #1 Ranked team in the country and celebrate an SEC Championship for FREE !

It is completely free. Starting at 10:30 they will have live bands and concessions in the west stadium parking lot then at noon they gonna do an SEC Championship celebration in the stadium followed by the game. Softball plays at 4 and Baseball at 7 (both play Arkansas)

Word is it will not be televised this year.

Really ESPN isn't going to introduce everyone to the new era at LSU? I find that hard to believe.

As best I can recall, ESPN usually televises LSU's spring game every other year, so that would make sense. I was hoping perhaps another network might carry it, but not optimistic about that.
