He tried to fight a reporter at Ole Miss.
Hell, he got pretty damn testy during his radio show (the one he gets paid 6 figures to do 13 radio call in shows a year) after the Troy loss.
I support the LSU coach, but there's a lot of reasons not to like the man, Ed Orgeron.

Of course this is all moot with a good showing this season. but another 3 loss season this year, and 2020 isn't make or break, it's coaching for your life.

Especially when it concerns inconsequential shite like is being discussed here on a daily basis. The guy that you responded to makes unsubstantiated claims on a daily basis. He sees nothing wrong with it so don't ever expect him to change his behavior.

He seems to have overcome the issues that you listed that you didn't like about him that seemed to stem from anger problems mostly and I believe he also had issues with alcohol. Speaking as a recovering addict and someone that has overcome serious anger issues, the idea that he had overcome these things should be a reason to like the Ed Orgeron the man. That takes years and years of hard work to change. It doesn't just happen overnight because someone wants it to. It's one of the reasons I would really like to see him be successful in whatever he does.

There has been a lot of contradiction by people when it comes to the recruiting rankings. Coach O himself said that he trusts his rankings over the services then turned around and said that we signed the #1 WR class. It's part of selling the program. No biggie IMO.
