Posting a link to his entire posting history and claiming that as proof is just embarrassing. You know this, I know this and everyone else knows this. Trying to dig your way out of it is cringe worthy.
All of this. Roger can’t admit he’s wrong. He has to keep going until the other person gives up. He tried it once already.

Miles was 19-10 since 2014. Orgeron is 25-9 since.
And had gone 9-3 the year before and would have had 10 wins but for the McNeese game. And...had we finished out the 2016 season, does anyone think the totals would have been all that different? Any reason to think Miles would also not have gone 6-2 the rest of the way...or better?
Point is, the totals are slightly better...but the goal was not to better Miles second to last year which matched his worst year as head coach. It was to get back to the championship level we'd slipped from. We're not even close to that thus far.
Or are you suggesting the goal was just to be better than 19-10?

How much of a step forward the program takes this year will say a whole lot about whether O really is a viable long-term answer as our head coach
100%
It's the year to put up or shut up, everything is aligned. I expect a stellar year
If we can't improve this year, it's time to start looking elsewhere.

Show me one quote chastising people for expecting a stellar sseason a son
That's your precise point. Can't be hard to do, chief.
Just as easy for you to prove 90% of the other guys posts are negative. Yet, here we are, still waiting.
Like I said, weird.

This is essentially what all of these weeks long, 30+ page threads could be boiled down to. How much of a step forward the program takes this year will say a whole lot about whether O really is a viable long-term answer as our head coach. And how the fans might react to another 9-3 regular season would say a whole lot about whether or not people did move the goal posts for O. Hopefully we blow the roof off the damn thing this year and these threads and the endless back-and-forths are rendered moot.
Agree 100%.

This is correct.
No ifs, ands or buts.
Now it's time to challenge for the SEC

Don't mind me...I'm just quoting this so that if it gets changed at some point down the line I've preserved a copy...

Logic is your enemy.
Finding one single post to prove a single point you claim to be true is as easy as counting through thousands of posts and getting a percentage.
So I'm guessing that you realoy have no idea if your pint is true, it was just shite on the wall, as usual

10-2 will be “stellar” next year, even with another 30 point loss.
You can bookmark this too.

Why not just admit you were being hyperbolic and move on for frick's sake?

No, in fact I have no clue where you got that from. It just addresses the fallacy that we haven't won at a higher pctg since Miles was fired.

Well, damn...that's true. Then the argument will be back to what constitutes the moving of goal posts...

Are you familiar with Earls work?
90% is being kind

You people just tend to ignore things that don't fit your narrow narrative.

You’re the one who brought up this 90% business. Speaking of shite on a wall.
You accused me of that at 3:40. It’s now 5:10 and you still can’t produce one example, other than some terrible one where you said Earl agreed with me.
You’re wrong. Deal with it

Are you "special?" Serious question.
Do you understand how to find out who something was replied to?

After having argued with me for a while, are you actually under the impression that I was unaware of their respective records and therefore their percentages?
I never claimed they were the same, just that there had not been a large enough change to warrant what seems like a complete double standard in our expectations of the program.
Our expectations were not just greater than 19-10, they were greater than 44-9 (Miles' record from 2010-2013) if those totals only grabbed one lone SEC title. THAT'S the point.
Until we AT LEAST get back to those numbers,...the numbers that had LSU fans beginning to grouse about under performing, then we are not even close to where we want to be.
