Nope. He’s at number 3 following the decomittment of his only four-star OL. Georgia, Miami and Notre Dame are all right behind at 4, 5, 6 and all have less commitments. Banking on a top 3 or even 5 class for 2020 is a big risk.

What I don’t understand is why they feel the need to make things up.
The OP very clearly shows O moved up 21 spots. Is that not good enough for them? That alone shows upward trajectory.
But apparently if you don’t recognize O as supreme lord commander of college football you are a hater.

Also he's having some problems with his knees if I'm not mistaken which has caused his stock to fall. It's intellectually dishonest to ignore those factors while trying to make a point.
That wasn't directed at you by the way. It was at the one that brought him up to begin with.

Yeah O hit on some good ones in 2019, let’s hope they pan out, but 2018 is a recruiting cycle O would rather soon forget and 5 offensive linemen left from Feb 2017-August 2017.

This has got to be a joke. What do you base your argument on? Go back and look at Burrow’s statistics during 2018, he is a middle of the road QB in the SEC, he isn’t a top 5 QB in the SEC, much lass than the entire country.
Burrow walked in to the LSU opening game with 4 weeks practice with his offense. LSU was picked by almost every service to go 6-6 or worse.
The D was in place and solid, but Burrow turned the offense around with skill, patience, and a sense of humor.
This season looks like a superior scheme is in place - the same scheme Burrow started running at age 13. That scheme is a stats machine. Even the stingiest little bean-counter will have to tip his little green visor at the end of this season. And yes, he'll have the gaudy stats that it takes for you to comprehend how good this QB really is - Top-5 in a walk.

He’s lying so poorly I can’t tell if it’s a lie or if he really thinks teams play 14 game regular seasons.
Maybe Ohio St. plays 14 games, I guess they do things different in the Midwest LOL!

Which was before Burrow transferred to LSU. No professional sports analysts have any faith that O and/or E can develop a QB on their own.
