Hey, don’t forget little man, you are a proponent of rational and mature discourse and debate. You know what those terms and concepts mean, right??

I think he was referring to Pratt

A good clue is that was the first word in his post

Pratt's an independent.

He never used the word Republican; he talked about Southern conservatives falling for something ...... a con man

Remind me where did Spencer run for mayor?

And I gleefully engage them when they're offered to me

I don’t think you are in lockstep with the leanings of the Texas Republican Party. The Republicans’ own choice of candidates, who you and some others seem to have a very difficult time accepting, it appears that train has passed y’all by without even noticing.

I believe it's too late to replace him on the ballot (voter registration ended earlier this week).

But not too late to vote for Ted Brown (the Libertarian candidate)!

You just said it was about Pratt because his name was mentioned as the first word in his rant.

Now it's not about Pratt, but the independents that voted for him?

The African American democratic voters aren't going to turn out in Texas for this guy and Crockett all but confirmed that when she refused to campaign for him or endorse him.

Conversely, the moderate republican voters aren't going to turn out in Texas for Paxton and Cornyn all but confirmed that when he refused to campaign for him or endorse him.

OK I admit I'm lost and I've gone back and reread the exchange and I'm still lost so if you really want to continue this tell me what I've misunderstood

In this chain of conversation, if you're bringing other posts and other conversations in this thread into this chain then let me know what that is

Are you sure to disclose to your supposed “client” that while you’re imploring him or her to do this or that, and also imploring folks to donate money that oftentimes they may not even have to spare, do you disclose to them that while you are eager and determined to make all of they and their family’s sacrifices worthwhile…….if it comes down to such a potentially thin margin of a majority in either or both chambers, you gonna be sure to tell the client that you draw the line at a Trump candidate, then proceed to shite talk the Trump candidate and Trump (passive aggressively and thinking you’re contempt is going undetected, lol)?

I’d be hard pressed to hire someone in an obviously counterproductive business relationship. But you probably wouldn’t be super up front about any of that….you’d be the least busy campaign “manager” ever, literally! Lol

I don’t know why it wasn’t recognized that Cornyn had huge negatives against Paxton.

If so he could have been pitched overboard at that point and all his backing put behind Hunt.

I would have been happy with Wesley.
