They actually have a decent amount of athletes. Most are transfers, and some of the names may surprise you. Will obviously get smacked, but they are more athletic than you may think. Blew a huge game (for their caliber) at ULM last week.
QB - Chason Virgil: transfer from Fresno State, 7th in the country among freshmen in passing yards at FSU, threw for 358 yards and 4 TD's last week at ULM, dual-threat
RB - Devonte Williams: transfer from Indiana, 6th on Hoosier's all-time kick return yards list and only play two seasons, Big Ten All-Freshman
WR - Juwan Petite-Frere: First Team All-American and All-Louisiana last year, 148 yards and 2 TD's last week
ATH - Lorenzo Nunez: Started two games and played in seven as a freshman QB at South Carolina, transitioned to WR this year with the addition of Virgil at QB, pretty athletic kid, will line up at QB every now and then
OL - Wish I could give you a name or two but they're all sh*t water lol
DB - Xavier Lewis: transfer from LSU, #13 CB out of high school, spent two years at LSU, suspended for the first half of the game due to a targeting penalty last week
DB - Zeke Walker: another transfer from Indiana
Kickers - All terrible but their celebrations are hilarious

Will be out first half from targeting penalty against ULM.

Well some things never change. Lewis was always good for an undisciplined penalty or two when he was at LSU too

Don't they have an offensive lineman from LSU? Too lazy to spell his name. You know... the trouble maker from Texas.

Southeastern is funny. They won’t win but if LSU goes to sleep in garbage time they can hit a few deep balls and make it an uncomfortable stat line.
If they put up 24-28 point somehow in garbage time, the network bobble heads will have a field day talking about our defense.

24-28 is plausible for no other reason than the team thinking ahead to the big game at Auburn the following week.

Pretty sure they both went pro

Whenever we play FCS schools, the only thing that seems to give us some problems on occasion are dual threat QBs that scramble for a few first downs here and there.
They won't be able to run on us, any team can get lucky with a pass based off of a scramble, but that is the only thing that aggravates a defense in my opinion.

There is no way southeastern puts up 24-28 points in garbage time. They will be lucky if they score more than 10 points all game and that’s a stretch. Tigers win YUGE!!

LSU will probably come out way too flat, it will be something like 16 - 7 at halftime. then get a KO return a scoop and score fumble recovery and some garbage time TDs for edwards helaire or foster moreau and suddenly 16-7 is 47-10.

Forgot about that. Way to pick me up right there guy.

It'll be a relatively boring one for tiger fans but a fun experience for the folks an hour down the interstate!

There were actually 2 players ejected for targeting. One is suspended entire game (2nd half call if I remember correctly). I can’t find the stat line anywhere.
Jonathan Tatum isn’t bad. Just low trajectory on kicks makes it easily block-able (game tie kicked blocked with 35 sec left). Doesn’t have much of a leg, but very efficient putting it through the uprights. Their celebration is... odd... to say the least. I think they touch tips.
