Agreed. Even LaBron James tweeted to Nabors some encouragement afterwards. That’s what we need to do. Hold him up, don’t drag him down.
If you want what’s best for the team, you tell him to hold his head up, learn from it, and come back better and look at it as a challenge. The next game is the only one to have your focus on. Get better game to game. That kind of stuff.
As a coach myself, I know that this is the best way to handle these types of situations.
