If we have anything that resembled an offense, we win the game.

I would rather be horrified and undefeated than disgusted with one loss FWIW

I guess you were not paying attention to how well their blocking was. They o line was pulling left and right and trapped our guys at will. Their receivers were excellent on blocking as well.

Its easy to block the guys when the Defensive aggressiveness has been taken out of the game. That was not the defensive scheme we have been playin all year. There was zero pass rush, it was strictly a run read defense...when you do that you allow the blockers to attack and engage....textbook football.

Cam Newton is gone after this year. No matter what Auburn does the rest of the season, he's not going to pull a Sam Bradford and risk an injury his senior year when he could be the 1st pick, 1st round for mega $$$ millions in the next NFL draft. Auburn won't be worth crap next year.

Arkansas' Ryan Mallett will also jump to the NFL after this season. Bank on it.

Cam doesn't seem to project well as a QB. Some of his throws were as bad as JJ's. Knowing this, he might actually stick around like Tebow did.

this. I could care less we gave up 1000 yards on offense....if you can't score, it's fruitless. We had chances to absolutely go up a score, and never could for the reason stated.

Auburn doesn't make it past alabama.

AU better enjoy Newton.
Their collapse will be worse than Florida post Tebow.

Are you predicting Newton will win two crystal footballs for Auburn?

Because I think they could handle a bigger collapse than post-Tebow Florida if they had two crystal footballs in the trophy case to show for it.

If only we are recruiting to fill in our weaknesses...

oh wait, that's exactly what we have been doing.

We'll take a step back next year, but you're fooling yourself with the talk of our demise.

Not a chance.

Is it really not clear what this statement means?

I would say your punter saved you from another score or two at least....

Cam is worth 4 wins at least but.....Chizik and company are recruiting very well dont expect them to go away.

Moo state does not have a dual threat qb...and we did pass rush, blitz backers, corners, and safeties in that game. We did not do this in the auburn game...the D line stood straight up and was reading the run...you will get blown off the ball the majority of the time when doing this.

Man, some of you so called LSU fans apparently need Boudreaux's Butt Paste because you apparently are butt hurt. We lost the game, get over it and move on.

Serious question....is there any truth to rumblings of Gus to Colorado. Heard it from another Auburn grad.

Cam Newton as well as many juniors will probably be back next year. It looks as though the NFL is going to be in a labor dispute and will not play. If one declares for the NFL draft who will be there to draft them.

I would sure like to have the Cam Newton problem right about now.

I'd be willing to bet that most LSU would give BOTH nuts to have Cam Newton at LSU for just one year and SEC + BCS titles if it meant we went 8-4 the next two or three seasons.

Auburn did not play a near complete game. They constantly stalled their drives with stupid penalties. If we play a more disciplined team they beat us by 17 plus points. Bama will be less sloppy and also can run it down our throat. We got exposed. Also we lose the West again. Newton is back again in 2011 by the way and Bama is still there.

Newton a 1st round pick? Are you kidding me? As what a TE? VY could throw the ball a hundred times better than Newton. He will stay at Auburn another year unless he steals stuff again. But he seems extremely selfish so he might go.
