I disagree. But I'm also not miserable by nature.

Yeah, it looks like shite. I don't think anything could be done to cover it up or make it look decent.
They can be torn down.
Perhaps they could embed some walkway within the stadium to allow those fans to access the restrooms and concessions on the east and west sides of the stadium.
It would be a bit of a walk, but most would be visiting fans anyway.

I'm sure you think the P-Mac is a nice looking building as well.

I don't. I actually wish it was modeled after the Parker Coliseum. It's nice on the inside, though.
Not that that has anything at all to do with Tiger Stadium.

I'm not a fan of the boxes but they're not horrible. LSU could place flags along the top which would somewhat hide the boxes.

Tiger Stadium just looks odd and hodge podged now. I'm glad they are making it nicer and all that but just doesn't seemed all tied together very well.

I don't think it's that bad. Those blocks just bother me a lot for some reason and the glass structure does too somewhat but it looks better than it did before.

I believe flags were in the rendering, but not positive, and I also think they will help.
IMO, nothing will hide the fact that there are shitters on top of the stadium, though.

And has since about the 1940's. Why are we bitching now about an attempt to at least somewhat emulate the architecture of the NEZ?

I can't disagree. I cringed every time ESPN showed the stadium in the background during the regional. It looks like we have 3 different stadiums just bunched together. Is there such a thing as Abstract architecture?
You can take an architectural tour down the Chicago River and not see as many different types of architecture (hyperboles are literally the worst things in the world).

Individually (E, W, S, I havent seen the new north yet) they look fine (minus the blocks). But together its looks like a mess.
I think the West side is the biggest problem area. If it looked at all like the rest of the stadium it would look great. (blocks or no blocks)

Those concession and bathroom legos are gonna turn into some nasty sweat boxes early in the season with that much sun exposure.

Should have went a little higher with the top, that's how the Romans hid their shitters.

that's what i can't understand. lsu finally tries to match what everyone loves about the original tiger stadium, and people still find a way to complain. i think some people truly love never to be happy with anything

I've always felt that we are missing one more set of arches where the blue moisture barrier is showing. To me it looks like a weird gap from the west side to the south side. Maybe they plan on closing in that gap once the construction elevator is removed, does anyone know?

Rendering doesn't have a gap but who knows.

I appreciate it. I like it.
I dislike that it isn't the same color. And it makes the West side look worse than it already did.
Just don't understand how our stadium has to be so cookie cutter and other stadiums look like they match. That's why people complain.

On second thought it will probably look more like this.
