Yeah not sure what is going on this yr, I would argue the recruiting wasn’t good if you go buy offers from some of the kids. Lots of ppl said Samaya Jones was bigtime and was huge loss, she hitting .146 at Baylor and doesn’t start anymore. No transfers have made p4 all conference teams. I would argue we recruited players travel ball coaches pushed on Beth and Lindsay. The next class will be Neal’s first class that he was the lead recruiter, according to LSU daily these kids had offers from the likes of Florida, Texas, OU, Tennessee, clearly better players and way more physical than what is currently there. As you said it doesn’t guarantee anything but I would bet on Beth and staff figuring it out, if not , her contract is up in 2028

Last year we were better so I was excited because of new coaching but it feels like we regressed.

Listening to Jay talk about every yr is a new yr especially when you bring in 11 new players, softball and baseball are going through the same things..

It’s off putting. I seen her working a softball camp and stood around doing a bunch of little to nothing most of the time. No personality.

Dude, you gotta be able to win in the sec with 10 hits 5 runs..do you realize lsu has scored 5 runs 4 out 7 sec games according to the schedule and won 1…Texas beat SC 3 games scoring 5 once

The umpire is horrific..not strikes..since you never coached baseball/softball EVERY good hitting coach tells you not to chase..non ball knower
