Our freshmen look great, even the outs are very loud.
Still would love to see Abrams get more at bats at some point moving forward.

Out of our 7 freshmen, 5 of them are left handed hitters, and none of them are slappers. I think Andrews might be the last full slapper for LSU. Stewart is a slapper, but she also can stand in the box and get us an extra base hit. Andrews gets a ton of hits, but almost all of them are singles.

Really encouraged by the freshmen and the pitching so far
Get Stewart, Sunseri, Doyle and Andrews back on track there is something really nice to build on.

This week the ST. PETE/CLEARWATER ELITE INVITATIONAL will be played.
Alabama will be there and on TV a few times to hopefully get smashed some more.
Thursday 2/13 Bama (current #1) plays Washingion #2 on ESPNU at 3 pm Central.
Friday 2/14 Bama (current #1) plays UCLA #4 on ESPNU at 3 pm Central.
Then on
Saturday 2/15 Bama (current #1) plays Oklahoma State (currently #13) on the SEC Network at 9:30 am Central.
I have set reminders and will be a Washington fan Thursday, a UCLA fan Friday and an OK State fan Saturday.

If the announcers ever said anything about it, I missed it.
I thought FAMU's left fielder Andrews looked like our Andrews but not as good of a player.
