what info are you referring to? But, just to add, the only info anybody has is what came out in open court. If any info leaks or is given to the media or public it is grounds for a mis-trial. This doesn't happen. All this new info about this smart thing is fabricated BS. It wasn't in open court and wasn't told to anyone from the FBI and the FBI is the only ones in control of the info. There's been more bullshite and lies told and spread over this trial than there has been truth. Probably the defense has made this crap up trying to make the coaches look like they instigated the dealings and not Dawkins. The FBI and the prosecution didn't subpoena Wade, it's the defense.

The Defense attorneys purportedly gave them the Grand Jury transcripts.

Yea, that slimeball Dawkins and his team will do whatever they can to try and portray this as coaches being the devil.

Fact is, if all these young bball recruits didn't have all these "handlers", half of this stuff would not be so bad. Yet here we are.

These handlers that get involved with young athletes are truly the scum of the earth. They make ambulance chasers look holy. Anyone who has dealt with one will know exactly what I mean.

If the Grand Jury had heard it we would have heard about it a long time ago. Besides that, again, it grounds for a mis-trial and illegal for a defense to release transcripts to the media concerning an on going trial. They could be charged with Obstruction of Justice, a 10 year prison sentence and disbarred. More BS from these reporters. It's fabricated. Somebody with some influence is scared of LSU and doesn't want them in the NCAA tournament. When all this crap is said and done the truth will finally come out. Wade may get a little slap on the wrist but we will finally know the truth from the lies.

I’m curious how these reporters got this info as well.

FBI isn’t feeding them info.

The Defense putting it out would make sense.

When 29 FBI agents kicked in the door at Roger Stone’s house to arrest him at 5 AM, CNN just happened to be there.

Pure luck, according to the reporter.

Leaks can come from anywhere.

The thing I don't understand about this is how does this help the Dawkins defense? He either did or didn't violate whatever law he's being charged with. He's either guilty or not. How does pointing your finger and saying "well everybody else is doing it", help your case?

I mean, as a kid I was always told by parents and teachers that the excuse that everybody else is doing it isn't good enough. It doesn't absolve you from guilt. "If all your friends jump off the Mississippi River Bridge, are you going to jump off too?" That was one always heard growing up.
