I say DB Tolando Cleveland. Only because he is coming off an ACL last year and didn't play any last year.

OP is referring to Matt Canada speaking tour in which the offensive team meetings involve finding "Waldo"
Waldo is the opposing defense's worst player and the player that Canada and the offense will attack in the game. It's finding the "Weakest Link" and hammering away at that link over and over.
I, in a display of my amazing humor, listed their best defensive player.
