So, what's the prevalence of MIPs for students on campus & in student section?

Are they aggressive with it? Or mostly live and let live as long as the kids don't get obvious or get out of hand (or if, God forbid, there s a dog in the vicinity)?

When I was underage they didn't care as long as you weren't acting stupid. Just don't draw attention to yourself and drink out of a cup.

But they will give some out today. It happens every time. Don't make yourself a target and you should be fine.
I looked like I was 16 my entire time in college and never had trouble.

When I was in high school I was confused as to how someone got an MIP. I toasted a cop once and wasn't given a ticket. These kids have to go full retard to receive an MIP

Ah, I've seen them crack down from time to time. Just pick an innocent cup holding young person out of a crowd. Not at all the norm but it does happen.

It's not the uniform po-lice that an underage drinker needs to worry about. It's the JUDE guys with ATC that make the rounds, that's their job.

If you are in a younger crowd, you may get checked. I seen many people get MIPs last year by the Greek Theatre.

Yep got one when I was 20 just hanging around a tailgate playing washers, guy in regular clothes came up to me and busted me

I got one for standing in the courtyard of the Pentagon when I was 19. It wasn't uniformed cops. We weren't being belligerent. just had cups and they surrounded us on golf carts.

VERY. Troy DB Hebert is aggressive with all enforcement-he seems to have his eyes on higher callings. If he was appointed by Jindal, here's hoping we've seen the last of him in a few months.

This.
I had just finished my whiskey coke and was still holding my red solo cup. Not acting out of control a cop pulled me aside and asked what was in the cup; I showed him nothing was in the cup. He proceeded to "smell" the liquor in the cup and gave me a MIP based on the liquid residue that was left over.
I argued, but to no avail.
No biggie though. I'm now a plant operator making $200K+ and he's stil handing out MIPS.
