Anyone have the in-game probability of winning last nights game? The one that was posted for the Mizzou game?

At 15:35 the second half MSU was 89.8% chance to win (highest all game) and we were only down 53-43.

I use KenPom.com

Most of it is pay. It's $19.99 a year and well worth it if you are interested in NCAA basketball at all. It has the best efficiency numbers and statistically probabilities on the web and it's not close.

AU has a very good team and they are playing at a high level. LSU has struggled from 3 for the most part the last few games. Our transition defense isn’t all that great at times and helped MSU stay in the game. AU has better perimeter high tempo players so my guess is they are basing it on that? Who knows. It could simply be based on they types of wins and losses you have? Don’t know.

This team has shown it over and over again. They have heart and believe in themselves. Has been really fun to watch.

Exactly. LSU is not playing crisp ball right now. However, good teams do find ways to win.

I’m no expert, but it appears that at this time they believe Auburn has a 53.5% chance of winning the game.

last night when i made the point that auburn is a good team (in fact ahead of lsu in kenpom) and lsu would need to play better, i was ridiculed because "florida is trash". nevermind that both fla and bama are ahead of arkansas.

if the tigers can work the paint, they absolutely can beat auburn but, that's easier said than done. auburn is really active and disruptive defensively. they also rely on the 3 which lsu has had trouble defending at times. i think lsu's roster is better but auburn has more experience and pearl has had more time to implement his system/culture. the tigers are inconsistent but they've shown flashes of being able to hang with anybody anywhere anytime.

i'm hoping mays shakes off this funk. he takes so much pressure off of taylor, waters, smart.

Yep, totally agree.

LSU finally has enough weapons when 1 or 2 things aren’t going well there’s another 1 or 2 weapons that step up.

In the past, we didn’t have those 3rd and 4th weapons.

Agreed - how Auburn shoots / we defend the 3 will be big deciding factor, much like Arkansas game where they shot out of their minds
