I think anything worse that 10-2 IMO would be a disappointing season.

14-1
Would be embarrassing to win the national championship with a blemish on the record

Who are the two losses?
I don't see a team on the schedule we are not better than, but Alabama is Alabama.
One loss?

We went 9-3 in the regular season last year with a depleted roster, lack of depth, and first year head coach and coaching staff. We were one extra point away from going 10-2.
We're now under year 2 of BK and have experience, depth, and talent everywhere.
10-2 is the floor. 11-1 or better with another trip to the SECCG is the expectation.

Irrelevant
You have a healthy portion of people in here who are gonna lose their shite the first drive that doesn’t produce a touchdown on offense, and whenever the defense gives up a touchdown
Anything less than a PERFECT season will be met with some sort of hate

9-3 would be disappointing, but not the end of the world.
8-4 would be a huge flop.
I'm expecting 10-2 or better. It all hinges on beating Fla St.

10-2 would be disappointing because I think this is a playoff team, and 10-2 will not get it done.

8-4 will be disappointing
9-3 will be fair
10-2 is the expectation
11-1 exceeds expectation
12-0 is the dream

9-3 is disappointing. I’m expecting 10-2 or 11-1. I’d be happy with a 15-0 natty too though

Anyone saying 9-3 this season is a disappointment is just not living in reality. The team Kelly took over last year was so depleted that it just isn't reasonable to expect title level play in year 2. It may indeed happen, but to be disappointed that it does not is unreasonable.

While everyone saying we were an extra point away from 10-2 is correct we were also an OT 2 point conversion against Bama and a super human Harold Perkins effort against Arky away from 7-5. It goes both ways.
