We should beat TCU. We start fast and fade down the stretch. I could see us dropping the rest of those games, though, and that's a shame.

This is about we can expect every year from here on out. If we don't make serious changes offensively (more creativity and use of talent)and learn a different Prevent Defensive scheme, we'll be relegated to second or third in the West each year. If A&M can pick up some defensive studs, they'll give us hell, along with Bama (as long as Saban is at the helm there).

I expect 8-4. The defense will be decimated by Juniors leaving and fall back to middle of the road d. The offense will be the same shite we have seen for the past 4 years.

The last 2 years we were expecting a NC and now we all expect 2 to 3 to 4 loses.

I definitely see 8-4 or 9-3 at best with losses at Georgia, Bama and either to Florida or T A&M or both, Also Ole Miss was not a gimme this year so could lose to them next year at Oxford. As RogertheShrubber said if we lose to TCU in the opener could make for a long season. Sorry hard to be positive right now, although I guess 8-4 is better than the Hallman years.

lots of moral victories and blaming shite on refs

We have more moral defeats than moral victories wit hthis fan base.

TO answer the Question, i think there are some question marks on who is gonna step up on D but their always is.

We return almost everyone on offense besides Clement and PJ. Could lose a few RBs but we have a ton of depth there.

Apparently, we can expect the spring/summer 2010 level of bitching from the peanut gallery. Should be fun.

Instead of writing new posts, why don't we just recycle the same "program on decline" posts from 2010 to save time? Just use some helpful find and replace to change some names and you're good to go. You need some new memes cuz the 8-8 in SEC play meme won't play, so I see we'll have to use 1-3 in our last four bowls. And make a big deal of no BCS Bowl wins in four years. You should make that a macro.

This offseason is totally gonna suck.

Great defense early in games. Shitty offense. Win some close games that we should have dominated. Losses to UGA, USCe, Bama, and either A&M or TCU. Miles will get a raise.

Might as well. That is all Miles is doing with offense every year.

These are all hangover predictions. Our offense will be better if only because of experience, Our defense will shift from strong line, thin at lb, and inexperienced in the backffield to raw line, deep lb corps, and experienced secondary, The balance will be about the same, If we fix the missed assignments and poor execution issues on offense we should be a solid team in the mix for an NC. If we continue to see the same mistakes there will be a lot of pressure to make changes in the coaching staff, but when the dust settles on this year, there should be plenty of hope that we can be build on this year and grow into a better team next year.
