I am not saying that Kim is going to come in and win a natty in year one. However, she has two big pieces still here in Aifuwa and Pointer. Also, with all of the LSU players entering the transfer portal a few weeks back, she can get some players that match her expectations. I expect a solid, foundational first year which could be huge for the future.

You should want LSU to win championships. We are one of the top schools in the SEC for championships in multiple sports. I want to extend the lead.

Yeah, personally I would rather woodward use some of the money he's used to get the women's bb coach on hiring a top notch baseball coach after Paul gets canned.

In the late 90's our 2 best squads were baseball and women's basketball. WbB stayed a prominent sport at LSU until Nikki was hired. LSU may never be a "women's basketball school" but we certainly can enjoy the damn sport and have a winning program. I dont get why some of you have your panties in a wad over this.

It won't be one or the other. LSU has the money to afford both.
