Great decision by CPM to start Cole Henry after a MONTH OFF in a game LSU really needs to win.
Oh now CPM is gonna run us out of the inning by doing his predictable steal attempt.

WHO would you start? Henry Needs to get back into the rotation at some point and he’s gonna have a pitch count to start.....if they can’t beat SC, then what does it really matter anyways?

No, we just aren’t going to fly off the handle on the basis of one game in a season where, if you’re honest, you know LSU isn’t making a deep postseason run even if it hosts a regional. I’m not sure LSU has the pitching to get out of a regional even at home.
But go throw a fit over an SEC Tournament loss, if that’s your thing. The time to melt was a few weeks ago when the dye on the season was cast.

Walker and Marceaux would have to pitch on short rest, I think. I wouldn't have wanted to do that tonight.
I figured Fontenot was going to get the start again. I was worried about Henry's first game back being a must win. I'd have held him until we got to double elimination.
