There’s nothing wrong with the concept. That’s not where he failed.

The problem with Tell the Truth Monday... is nobody wanted to tell or hear the truth.

He never even failed in my opinion. But besides that, "Tell the Truth Mondays" is so far from being a failure at any point. Every coach has structure to their game week preparedness.

Yeah O turned into a clown but I liked tell the truth mondays.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with that concept / process / philosophy whatever you want to call it.

It became a punchline because he didn’t know how to honestly assess how horrible his hires and decisions after 2019 were and correct the mistakes. If concepts like that aren’t implemented properly, it’s just a sideshow and that’s what it ultimately became.
