We are the test bed for cooling/recovery rooms created by a local company that are incorporated into practices.

Our players are using new data capture devices that measure playing velocity and fatigue so the coaches can tailor practice and manage player/team reps.

We are the pilot for an MIT based weight lifting measurement system.

Brady has his receiver program which institutes special head gear to improve peripheral tracking.

Don't forget the sleep pods in the locker rooms.

I know we have greater visibility of the advances at LSU's program, but we sure look like the cutting edge of sports performance right now.

I think the sleep pods are more valuable than given credit for. Plus they boost teamwork and brotherhood

It's amazing when you have a staff willing to evolve as opposed to implementing the Big Cat drill as a way to revolutionize practices isn't it?

We will only know that after next year. Can they sustain similar performance with different people next year.

Jesus................ so the rant's narrative will now be "so what, can he do it again next year?"

That’s the narrative being spun by opposing fans. “This a fluke year, without Burrow, coach O will fail”

So naturally our fans pick it up as their own because they can’t stand success

LSU was the irst college program to use S&C in 1958. The guru was named Alvin Roy.

They're also in the pilot program for a souped up juggs machine that reads the receiver downfield and throws them the ball by reading their position and speed. No more standing still and catching balls. They're running routes, too now.

I have this vision of ESPN inviting O on the show and those guys giggling like school girls and cracking jokes before the interview. Then O starts explaining all of the innovation going on at LSU and how the programs are implemented and the blank expression following by the talking heads. Then O gets up and with a wry smile says, thanks gentlemen it's been great. (mic drop)
