Ok frick it imma keep it real. Collis might have been behind it but the great Kevin Faulk has been telling everyone within ear range that BK is a racist etc etc. I’ve confirmed with several coaches that this is complete horseshite. KF is completely mad about being let go and it’s pure sour grapes.

I bet most didn't even read the article. It's more about Toombs than Temple and BOTH have a lot of validity to the points they express. I get how some are uncomfortable about what was written but that doesn't diminish the validity of what they said. Temple stated how he still remembers being treated like shyt by fans and students while playing for LSU. But hey, he did attend the same time as David Duke. The article also mentions how the HC of football is around the top of the SEC in salary, yet the professors are near the bottom of the SEC in salaries. To some it will always only be about how many games LSU wins. Then you'll have those that care more about the bigger picture. Just the way it is. Perspective is everything. Kelly making per day just under what the annual median income is for the surrounding area is quite ridiculous from a broader perspective. This article would be valid no matter if the HC hired was black. It's not solely about CBK but more how the university is viewed and what LSU does as a whole for the surrounding community.

Well that sucks to hear but I’m glad you are setting the record straight with the other coaches. When you say Kevin Faulk is telling other coaches that BK is racist, is he telling that to high school coaches or college coaches? If it’s the high school coaches, what is their response when you say it is just sour grapes?

What sucks is that Faulk was given the coaching job he had due to the incompetence of Orgeron. He had no business being the running backs coach. But now, he’s taking that blinding lack of self awareness and turning it into bitterness because he didn’t get to keep a job he never should have had in the first place.

Nothing in your post has anything to do with reality.
People in completely different fields and professions are not paid based on the poor people in the vicinity.
If 100,000 people, plus millions on TV, are willing to pay to watch you do your job, you will make a lot of money.
