Not too shabby.
Everyone who has been watching Burrow closely probably won't be surprised by this.
Who woulda thought that stats sans context could be deceiving?

Unlike NCAA Passer Efficiency, which uses only box score statistics, Total QBR accounts for what a quarterback does on a play-by-play level, meaning it accounts for down, distance, field position, as well as the clock and score. A 5-yard gain on third-and-4 is a good play, whereas a 5-yard gain on third-and-14 isn't. A 20-yard touchdown pass when tied in the second quarter means more than a 20-yard touchdown pass when down 30 points late in the fourth quarter. QBR accounts for those things using analysis that turns traditional productivity into points on the scoreboard and wins in the standings.
It also accounts for a quarterback's ability to scramble, his ability to run on designed rush plays, how well he avoids sacks, drawing and committing penalties, and all-important fumbles, which can be significant for quarterbacks.

Just imagine where he could be if his receivers knew how to get open AND his OC could design plays to bust receivers open?
Burrow has been on target all year. Unfortunately, 60% of the time there is a DB running almost step for step with his intended WR.
LSU HAS a QB. Now it's time to put him in better positions to make plays.

I would hope anyone watching LSU sees that Burrow's accuracy isn't an issue.

This
He throws it away when he needs to and we have had several drops. I haven't seen him miss many throws.

Yeah I'm not sure why it keeps getting tossed around. LSU's receivers have been a bigger problem, and it's not particularly close.

This is total bullcrap. Go back, watch the game. Burrow has open receivers quite often. Where we’ve struggled to get receivers open is when we’ve max protected because Traore can’t pass block. That’s a talent problem on the oline depth, not on the receivers or the coaches. When Saahdiq and Magee are back, with Deculus, these problems will be gone.
Don’t expect to see WRs running free, though. This is modern college football. They cover receivers. If the receiver has a step he’s open. The QB has to get it there, and the receiver has to make the catch in traffic. So far, the QB has done fairly well (not great) and the receivers have had some great moments (against Auburn) and some concentration problems that have led to drops.

He’s had a different Oline every week. As they settle in he will improve as will the WR’s getting open. Dee is starting to break out. Justin is legit. Sullivan is improving. Chase is solid. Two huge X factors that we need are Marshall and Dillon. Both have legit speed to break big plays. They must get more consistent. If they do Burrow will start hitting 55% and 250+ more often

he throws an extremely catchable ball
which makes it all the more puzzling that our wideouts are dropping them

It's almost like he knows how to coach the position or something.
Why are people surprised? He's done it time and time again. Mond isn't some phenom, he's just being coached well.

This is spot on. The max protect formations have to stop. You are essentially forfeiting to a punt by doing this. Give Joe a play to check to when he reads the defense and sees a blitz coming. You have to put the ball in someone’s hands on 3rd down and at least give them a chance to make a play. Having two WR’s trying to get open vs 4 defensive backs will never, ever work. Against any defense.

Sooo, you think as a Tiger fan you are forbidden from giving any credit to any other player or coach outside the program?

Well considering his results thus far...I’d say you certainly looking to cock cobble.

That's funny, you're the one that seems to have some kind of phallic fixation.

That’s funny I surprised you could type with Jimbos nuts obstructing your view of the screen.

A&M looked terrible under Sumlin and now looks really strong in year 1 with Jimbo. Their offense, especially QB play, is noticeably stronger.
They are in the SEC West and a rival of ours. We should pay attention to this.

Shea Patterson at 49. Not too good for where you would figure he should be at
