It was a momentum moment for LSU and against UM.

The UM fan sitting next to me did say he thought that LSU touched the FG attempt, and looking at replay at AT&T, I could not tell. He was right.

Ausin Deculus no less...............

That touch didn't affect that ball flying 15 ft to the left. However, it was a good play.

Speaking of, the Ed Paris punt block attempt combined with that play show how close things actually come at times.

I think that every time I see a pass over the middle where a DL barely misses knocking it down.

He may have missed it anyway but if that tip made the rotation go from 90 degrees from the ground to less than that it will cause the ball to travel more to the left.

Not trying to run into punter. Pretty smart play imo. More risky to try to block it and score than tip it or alter it.

The earlier link that I saw, showed it more clearly as it moved his fingers inward.

One thing for sure is special teams looks like it is elite this year. They hit the ground running. Our kicker will win us some games. Just a well organized unit.

Miami’s special teams was god awful.

He probably could have just tackled the punter while he still had the ball

If he does that on every FG he is going to block some!

Only took 2 seasons to get the stink of Bradley Dale off of them.

Definently got a finger or two or three on the ball but that trajectory was already heading to the left. Would have been no good regardless.
