yes you could talk about that, but the fact of the matter is none of it matters, the game is over. shoulda coulda woulda doesnt matter so we can just stop talking about it. the only reason i did was to prove a point that your team wasnt the only one with missed opprotunities.

I never even brought up missed opportunities. I was merely establishing how this game was similar to other Alabama games I've watched this year. Not much new. I just think the opponent was better than the other opponents so we could capitalize on mistakes and had the offensive and defensive lines to run the ball and stop the run.

No need to continue to be worried about your very gay comment.

i never said you were the one doing it. you just have to look at it from all angles. youre angle is that yall were the best team we have played.... i agree. my angle is both teams played bad and had missed opprotunities.

And that's where we disagree. I don't think your team played much different than the other games I've seen.

If Bama beats Florida in the SECCG, anybody they face in the NC will be a cakewalk. But, the way they're playing now, Florida's not gonna lose again until Tebow graduates or Ricky Jean-Francois finally cripples him.

How would OU, Texas, Texas Tech, or USC be considered a cakewalk for anyone in a NC setting?

If BAMA has to rely on JPW to win a game...they have no chance.

Just like last saturday . It is what it is and he does enough for BAMA to win. No one is asking him to win a heisman just ball games which he is damn

Some Bama fans think we could beat the NY Giants. I do not believe we are the best team in the country ... I don't think we can beat Florida ... and there are probably a couple of teams in the Big 12 that would beat us.

Our defense is good enough to keep us in most any game and give us a chance to win. But we are too inconsistent on offense to score enough points to beat teams like Fla., Tex. Tech, and company.

The Tide is rising but high tide is still a season or two away.

High tide is more than a season away. Bama will struggle next season without JPW leaving. No experience at QB = recipe for disaster. Just ask Miles about that. And not trying to be an arse but, Florida will wipe the floor with Bama.

If you read more carefully I said, "High tide is still a season OR TWO away."

A relatively inexperienced QB recently lead a team to a national championship. His name was Matt Flynn.

I already said that Florida would beat us.

Perhaps you should read your own post more carefully. It does say "a season" or two. That to me means next season. Am I missing something here? And yes Matt Flynn did it, but do you now expect that to happen every year?

LSU fans, enough with the excuses. You all laughed at Bama for the past several years when we mentioned the "shoulda woulda coulda's". The fact is, if you don't have a QB, you're not a good team. If you throw 4 interceptions, that's part of the loss. It's not that you "would have won, except........". The "except" part is the losing part. You lost.

Bama won the West. Bama has a chance to win the SEC, and the NC. You can make all the excuses and reasons for that in the world, but the fact is, you had a team that couldn't do that. The REASONS why they didn't are the reasons that they weren't as good of a team as Bama this year. So, get over it.

What's missing is a basic understanding of English. A "season or two" does not mean next season, but refers to an indefinite time in the near future. To clarify, let me restate: "high tide is still a few seasons away."

No, I do not expect an inexperienced QB to win a national championship every year. There are many seasoned QB's who will not win a national championship this year. But the assumption that an inexperienced QB automatically equals disaster is fundamentally flawed, as proven by your own Matt Flynn.

The delusion comes from their arrogant foundation predicated upon years of beating everyone 35 years ago and thinking that kind of continued dominance is going to come just as easily.
____________________________________________________

Alabama football history of arrogant foundation goes way beyond 35 years unlike LSU's past 5 years.
Seems this year LSU is getting Les Miles Per Gallon (LMPG)than in the last 5 years.

If LSU's record this year was great >(6-3) you maybe could play the USC Trojan's rather than Auburn's farm team the Troy Trojans.

By the way, Bama played us a much more physical game than you burners did. Get use to Saban, he will dominate LSU for years to come. LMPG will leave LSU before Saban leaves Bama and Tubbs leaves Auburn. Bet cha!

PS;

Bammer > Burner > Barner

Tooooooooooooolane!!!!!

Of course Im slightly biased...but Florida will be tough to beat in the SECCG...heres why: we are the best team in the country right now...by right now...I mean currently. We lost to Ole Miss because we didnt bring our A game and tried to mail it in. But that loss was a Godsend..because we have the teams undivided attention...Tebow and Spikes have become emotional vocal leaders and NO ONE dares not play 110% right now.
We have had the talent but it is focused right like never before. Our defense is young...no senior starters but a lot of blue chippers and depth is now showing.
Bama is a good team and will be a great game to watch...but Florida will take away the run game immediately and force Bama to throw which wont be a good thing for them. Julio will met one of our safeties and will have a swivel head afterwards.
Your defense will have to stop Tebow...a healthy Tebow and good luck. Harvin is a blur and we have Demps/Rainey who are Olympic type speedsters along with being tough inside runners. Louis Murphy # 9 will also fly down the field and force Bama to spread out too thin to stop Tebow on 2nd and 5.
We will take care of your conf rival Tigers, dont worry. Keep your chins up and your qb will be better with more reps...its tough in the SEC as a freshman..even r/s frosh have to gain confidence and learn the skills necessary to win big games.
