Most Bama fans weren't painting this scenario either so I don't know where you got the delusional comment from. The delusion comes from their arrogant foundation predicated upon years of beating everyone 35 years ago and thinking that kind of continued dominance is going to come just as easily.

What the hell does that mean anyway? "They are hungry". Florida players, on the otherhand, relegate themselves to top ramen and are satisfied with a two loss season and spot in the Outback... AGAIN.

what do you mean "what does that mean". its obvious and if you werent so wrapped up in envy and hate maybe you could have a rational discussion about the SEC Championship game but you cant because youre too obsessed about Bama hopefully losing. It means that the SEC Championship is part of what they busted their butt for in the offseason and all year and they are not gonna go down without a fight.

I'm sorry if I don't welcome a bama fan new to this board this very month with a sense of utter humility.
It was a gay comment. "They are hungry". It's like saying, "They want this." Really? You don't say? A team that plays in the SEC wants to win the SEC title?
Stop traffic, bamachamp and Robert Langdon just uncovered the mystery that has plagued the entire SEC for decades. Alabama wins because they are hungry while other teams wallow away in anorexic fits.

JPW will ensure that Bama will not win a big game....he was pressured last Saturday during the game and you see what happened to him. When his team is winning..he is relaxed but when the chips are down..he has trouble....and when he plays Florida...he will have trouble. Saban has been smart this year to realize that the less JPW is involved in the game...the better BAMA does. If BAMA has to rely on JPW to win a game...they have no chance.

Why would that be delusion? Based on last year, anything is seemingly possible. I didn't really think that they would lose to either MSU or AU if we had beaten them but anything is possible.

I admire your enthusiasm bamachamp, but consider the following. We took you to overtime with a freshman quarterback that couldn't hit the broadside of the barn, a defense that played from the heart and spent to much time on the field. The gators are hitting on all cylinders.
Besides, you have two more games before them anyway, don't you? Or are you dismissing Miss State and Auburn? Just wondering.

i have read this board for awhile and realize there are many annoying bama fans on here who spew garbage but all teams have them. i join this board and decided to be one of the rational one who does not spew garbage. however apparently the king of this board, tigerauthority, though it ok to lump me in with the rest, probably without having read any of my posts. then you proceed to try and bash me for making a claim about my team. AT least we have the chance to win the SEC. All you are proving are sore or jealous by lashing out at me. I just made a comment and I guess i cant imply things. So here:
We want it more. the media is giving florida big heads and i dont think they see us as a threat. yes they "want" it, but they are not "hungry" to play because they think they will chicken kick us. i think we will be resilient and put up a great fight, maybe even win. there is no need for you to randomly attack my post. calm down.

JPW has been exactly what they've needed this year to make this run. And he's played surprising well and within himself.
The difference in our game was the overtime. It was a perfect microcosm of why we lost and they won.
With that said, I don't have any doubt that Alabama can play with anyone on a given night and will compete with UF; however, based on the two games, Florida is scary. Alabama is just benefiting from a veteran quarterback and a team that hasn't hurt themselves. Both are good, but Florida is dynamic.

How have my posts been grounded in jealousy? Because I balked at your notion to use the phrase "we are hungry". It was a gay fricking phrase, get over it.
Don't give me any of that, "I was a lurker for years and years only to finally find the voice that has been withdrawn for so many years, prompting me to sign up the eve after the game and start posting like a rational Alabama fan."
