Aranda hasn't even reaped the benefits of his hard work yet. Why would he leave for a 15-20% pay increase and lose 2/3 years towards his own personal career goals.

There is no excuse for why we can't match or pay him more. The money is there, we hired O to pay coordinators big money. If we loose Aranda, Alleva must go

Per the report the offer includes free reign to pick his own staff. If O and Alleva don't give him that here, now, they're idiots. I don't give a crap that O likes to have his grandpappy Pete drooling around the sidelines not doing anything. And the same goes for the offensive side, whoever the OC is gets to pick his people. If the point is O doing nothing and having great coordinators, then they get the power.

This is the one thing that gets me. No one knows his career goals. He could be interested in being a career d cordinator , maybe head coach or maybe nfl gig which i really see less likey. But point is no one knows so really knows but him.
all you can say is money talks f*** the bull and sentementle i wanna stay and build with these guys, yes it would be nice if he was that way but thats asking alot when for all he knows his job could be gone in middle of next season
