Yeah that’s kinda mind blowing. Never thought I’d see a game where our two best players score that few and we’re completely dominating.

This team is really, really good. Bench players who are very active and have real impact too.

Cam is our best offensive player/scorer. I am not sure he is our best player overall. But he is very good.

Dumb. Smart has 6 assists. Him and Trendon are just hunting for points now that the game's out of reach and they've barely scored. I'm sure Will told them to stop during the TO.

You must have forgot the top 5 matchup in the pmac vs tennessee in february of last year. Tremont waters was a last second scratch and naz reid had 1 point. Skylar and javonte carried us to the biggest win in the P Mac in years

I mean we won that one but it took OT to get it done. We dominated this one from start to finish pretty much.

Not a true playmaker. Gets jealous when not scoring and throws up trash shots. Needs to feed ball to who is hot and while keeping everyone else involved

If Cam and Days continue to hit consistently from the outside like they are right now teams won’t be able to pack the paint on LSU and Watford will be the main benefactor of that.

Right now the game plan against LSU is don’t let them get inside. This is has been the game plan against LSU for years. With those two as legitimate outside threats plus Smart can hit a three from time to time there will be space for Watford to do what he does best.

Cam will always get at least 20, even in his sleep. Days has never ever been consistent. I don't think we'll see another game with Smart & Watford scoring that low. They are both too good.

I think Watford & Leblanc frustrated #5 A&M's best player last night, and whoever said we're better without Smart on the floor is nucking futz. Really nice having the talented deep bench though. I can't remember the last time we had that.

Looks like Hyatt getting minutes now will be very slim.

He has been so far this season. And you don’t need him to shoot it a bunch just need the threat of it to stretch the defense.

He has done a better job of being selective when he takes a 3. He has some separation his feet are set and he catches and shoots. He will still just throw one up every now and every time he does it off the dribble Wade should bench him for a couple minutes.

Watching Days develop from a freshman to now has been awesome to watch. I always said he would be a better pro than people think by the time he leaves LSU. There is a place for a guy like him on every NBA roster.

His abilitly, coupled with the volume of shots he takes (he has the ultimate "green light") means he'll approach and more often than not exceed 20 each game.

A&M is a tough, physical team and I think they really took that physicality to Watford last night. Couple that with the fact that he had to play a lot of tiring minutes (he was the guy helping bring the ball up court with Smart) along with him not being 100% (lingering ankle injury) and I'll give him a pass on scoring only 4 points. He played better than he usually does defensively...which is HUGE for this team.

Smart handled A&M's defense well. 6 assist to 2 turnovers. LSU as a team only had 9. You take that every single night if you can get it. He was coming off a long layoff due to covid and, unfortunately, fell out of the tremendous rhythm he was in prior to the layoff. He was shooting a remarkable 60%+ from the field and 50%+ from 3 coming into the game. Yes he forced some shots, as did Watford in the 2nd half. But I think that was just two scorers trying to find their rhythm. I'm not worried right now about one "down" game for Smart.

Scoring? Yes. Effort? No. He always plays hard. His biggest weakness is getting down on himself sometimes when things don't go his way. But it was his effort that mitigated a sluggish start for LSU. For about the first 7 minutes or so he kept LSU even until Thomas started to catch fire. At that point LSU never looked back.

Leblanc played really good minutes. Even though it might not fully show up in the box score. I've been really big on Leblanc starting but...Wilkinson is really playing well. He's active, tough, and efficient. He doesn't force anything offensively. He doesn't turn the ball over. He battles on the glass and defensively. He has a role and he plays it well. LSU is still going to need big minutes from Leblanc this year. But for me, I think Wilkinson has most exceeded my expectations. He does a lot of hidden things to help you win.
