I think they get out of a regional but Bats are going to have to come alive more to get to Omaha. Our pitching is just limited.

Yeah but 2 dogs starting and almost a guarantee Friday starter. Makes a huge difference...plus we had some dogs on offense

You have a legit ace that is an advantage over most and a push with the other elites in SR or Omaha.
You have a Saturday starter that is looking better and better and likely an advantage over most any number 2 starter.
You have 2 bullpen arms that match length and ability with any 2 bullpen arms in the country.
That’s a good place to start.
You need 2 arms to step up. It may or may not happen.
Offensively, need some better at bats. But everyone in the lineup has shown the ability to do it. I think they break out of this slump at some point.
Assuming we don’t shite the bed coming down the stretch, almost certainly will host a regional. I like our odds of winning the first 2 games. Then you just need to find a way to win one. I think this team can do that.
In a 2 of 3 SR, we are pretty well equipped to go get two games.
When you get to Omaha, you’re going to need an Ack-like (off the radar) performance from someone to get all the way through, but I think that’s true for most teams.
I think this team is actually in a pretty good spot. If they can win at least 4 games through the next 3 series, you’ll know you are in a decent spot. If they manage to win 5 or more games, you are in business. These next 3 series will feel like supers.
