i love how as soon as a talking head talks shite about LSU, people feel compelled to start threads about it on TD and link the material. little do these poor souls know, they are only feeding the fire. skip bayless, paul finebalm, howard stern-- they all piss people off b/c heres the dirty secret: hate sells better than love. so while youre furiously typing a "youre fricking stoopid..." email to cowherd, or DVRing skip's show, or linking finebalm's show on here, they all laugh to bank. they hooked you. and theyre making money off your insecurities and you being irrationally mad someone doesnt think your team is great.
the good news is theres a simple solution, well, simple in theory. these people you so vehemently disagree with, dont listen to them, and dont start threads about them. dont buy the paper they write in, and dont watch their shows. its that simple. talking about them only bumps their number up-- they dont care if its negative or positive-- they just want you talking about them.

I do believe we could beat Ok. But more to the point is who is "deserving of the #1 ranking", with LSU's OOC schedule, quality of teams we have played, and the road wins.... I cant see how any logical person could not give LSU the nod..IMO
