Dude has a just under 4 ERA at this point. As a starter thats very average in the MLB as average among starters typically sits right around 4 give or take some.
As a front line starter though thats pretty rough and no way around it. It's not terrible, but a bunch of front line starters in MLB are sub 3 or around 3 at least.

if you are familiar with velocity patterns at all, 4 years is a long time to consistently average 98mph on your fastball as a starter. When you throw that hard your velocity is only going to drop.
