Why would Woodward hire Vitello when Vitello used to be one of Jim Schlossnagle’s assistants and LSU could just hire Schlossnagle?
Schlossnagle has taken TCU to five College World Series, beating Texas and Texas A&M along the way.
He used to be on Rick Jones’ staff at Tulane, so he knows this area and the LSU fans (for better and worse).

I believe he is not liked nor can he motivate the players. Look and listen to PM’s tone and effeminate manner, he seems totally unaware of what he radiates.
I am SURE that the players generally do not like him.
