Please share your analysis and breakdown the matchups to back up your expectation instead of your yaw yaw baw baw blind homerism.

Let me notify Vegas.

Hey guys, luciouslou thinks LSU is gonna win

Vegas already thinks so with the line being only 3.5. Vegas wants people to see the #8 team being favored by only 3.5 against #25 and jump all over it.

Gotta look at the money line

Spread is how close they think game will be

Money line reflect how confident they are in thenspread.

LSU is only +145. Not a huge dog.

Miami is favored bc bettors favor Miami. Bettors are like pundits, they don't know squat about LSU. All their conclusions are based on assumptions and perception. If you want to see LSU favored, start putting a lot of heavy bets on LSU. Then you will see the line change.

Believing in a preseason poll isn’t the same as understanding what the word “upset” means.

Higher ranked team that is favored losing to a lower ranked team that is not favored is called an UPSET.

You're welcome.

Because they use reasoning and logic and their conclusion contradicts your narrow minded view of the state of LSU’s football program?

The anxious feeling you get when you hear these opinions regarding LSU football is called cognitive dissonance.

Since about 1984 ish.

LSU has to show competence on offense before the media loves us. The defense is a no brainer.
Questions at rb, and OC are enough to hold us back until we put up 48 on Miami.

Then its motherfricking ON!

It's not so much the ranking of the teams that makes an upset. It is the point spread and the money line that makes for an upset.

In other words, even though we're ranked 25th and Miami is ranked 8th if we were the three and a half Point favorite and won it wouldn't be an upset.

When a lower ranked (5 for example) team beats a higher ranked (2 for example) team it is not necessarily an upset if the number 5 ranked team was the favorite as determined by the betting public and the odds makers.

However in this case LSU is are the underdog and also the lower ranked team
