A 10 win regular season (10-2) is a fine season.

To keep O as our coach beating Bama and National Titles are off the table. All he needs is a good bowl game.

That same Miami team thats 5-4? Yeah really tough.

Since about 2011, maybe a few years before that

Go back to 2015-2016 before we fired Miles. Literally everybody on this board was in agreement that anybody could win 10 games a season at LSU

Nahhhhhhh... I’m pretty sure I saw them get man handled at the line of scrimmage all night. I don’t care what “gameplan” you have. If you get destroyed up front there’s no chance.

So how is it that other teams managed to score when every college football program in america is at a talent disadvantage against Bama on the lines?

Miles had dropped below 9to 10 wins. And had also been a significant talent drop off especially on the line of scrimmage
Good thing all that has been corrected.
Ship righted.

Take a look at the link below, this was last year's Playoff Rankings before the conference championship games. Only 12 P5 teams had 10+ wins regular season. It's not easy to do, and it should be considered a "good"season. I know we want "great" seasons again, but if you don't make the playoffs the next best thing is to get double digit wins and make a big time bowl to keep relevant.

Those expectations were before Burrow was gotten. Basically the board was in agreement after getting burrow that a 2-3 loss season was what was expected
Huh? New scheme. Unproven WR and RB. Question marks on the linee. Suspensions/attrition in the preseason.
Burrow had never started a college game and had few meaningful snaps than Brennan.

I think this excuse goes out the window when you fire the OC in his first year.

When I went to LSU getting into the Independence Bowl was a good thing. Quit your whining.

Once again, it starts upfront. Case closed. Without blocking you don’t have a shot jack

He will get out coached but will never admit it.

Once again we are the only team this season who managed to get shutout against Bama. Case closed.
Posted on 11/4/18 at 7:49 pm to tigerbacon
O recruited most of this team.
Posted on 11/4/18 at 7:50 pm to tigerbacon
I hated the O hire. He had done a good job. We are on the right trajectory.
Posted on 11/4/18 at 8:13 pm to tigerbacon
Since they created schedules with 10 games on them...
Posted on 11/4/18 at 8:18 pm to tigerbacon
Why didn’t you start this thread the week we beat Georgia?

Bama’s starters were most likely on the bench
