Sure, if all you look at is the stat line it looks bad at 4/14, but how many of those were drops? I remember at least 4 if not 5. 8/14 or 9/14 with a ton more yardage doesnt look bad at all, in fact, that would be good for limited amount of tosses he got. He also didn't have a INT or fumble. Remember, early in the season we were PLAGUED by drops by the receivers.

wasn't it pouring arse raining too?

Another one that comes to mind is Josh Booty vs Arkansas (2000)?

that's a much better example. Booty was embarrassing that game.

Versus Eastern Michigan he had one of the worst games a QB has had that I have seen at LSU.

That is hardly one of the worst I've ever seen.

For me, the worst I've seen is Melvin Hill's performance against Kentucky in 1995. He looked like he had no idea what he was doing. That is probably the closest we'll see to a random student playing QB for LSU.

I would even say it was worse than Jamie Howard vs Auburn in 1994.

LSU's QB play looked pitiful against Georgia in 2004 as well.

Which is why he threw it 86 times against arky and Ole Miss. It's not bad luck. He needs to improve.

Don't distract these idiots with facts, it makes them drool more.

Brian Sparacino coming in for the injured herb Tyler vs bama 1996 I think. That was brutal.

You are out of your mind. I like the kid but he needs to learn to complete short passes on a regular basis or he will never be a successful QB. He did a great job at avoiding INTs and throwing the deep ball, but he has much room for improvement.

Not going to argue, but I think you could also make a case for his inaccuracy on the short throws. Lots of opportunities to convert downs squandered by high passes.

his accuracy on short to intermediate throws needs to drastically improve.

There is no reason to think it won't.

I'm one of the biggest critics of Harris, but yeah he was throwing very well in the first half against Bama.
Are you high? Did you not see the TD he missed with LF singled up with that big douche, #25? A simple 7 yard pass was a TD, but Harris gunned it...BEHIND LF.

Bad luck????

WOW

His accuracy issues resulted in at least 2 or 3 injuries to his own teammates.

He threw the ball that many times because we wereso far behind. His game against tech was great. Cam on the sidelines will make a huge difference next year.
