Nice to salvage 2 scholarships for Burrow and Alexander, but you can't count on transfers bailing you out every year. Should have been other realistic targets and backup plan when Foster chose A&M.

It's gone; we can't get it back. We must roll forward.

Foster chose A&M on signing day. Most backup plans were gone at that point.

We couldn't attract quality players because we had two freshman "studs."

One just wasted our time.

Also, Justin McMillan is a prime example of why you don't waste a scholarship on a borderline QB.

If Burrow pans out, we should just keep getting transfers who are coached up before coming here.

Well I'm not going to BS you. I sure as hell didn't expect Narcisse to transfer. But regardless, was concerned back on signing day about skipping a class with no QB. As I'm sure many others were as well.

Forcing the issue is how you end up with walkon caliber QBs like justin mcmillan

One player does not confirm any rule as true or false. There are dozens of examples of why you should, and dozens of examples why you shouldn't.

That's why coaching excellence is imperative.

I really wonder why a guy like Fields signed with a school who already had an established starter one year ahead of him, but we can't get Narcisse to stay when Burrow is two years ahead.

It shouldn't come down to forcing the issue. But elite QB recruits aren't attracted to the QB Wasteland that LSU has become.

Miles created this environment. And after the Canada debacle/wasting a year, O has done absolutely nothing to fix it.

I don't make racist post. Les Miles couldn't attract competent qbs, white or black. Ensminger, on the other hand is ONLY interested in bonafied qbs whether regardless of race. LN, and McMillan were here because we were desperate for bodies. We have real qbs now so sociology projects are over now.

It is the sociology twits who are the racist. Never let them fool you.

Danny Etling was the best dt qb in LSU history, and was shite down to no end by the sociology twits. Why?

The heck you asking me for?

I'm a huge fan of Etling. He played hard. I didn't think this thread was about Etling though.

Stop with he played hard crap. Yes, DE was a warrior, but he is also the most proficient qb at LSU since Tommy Hodson. The sociology twits have been pushing for a black qb regardless of talent level. This is why this site allowed for the comets trashing of DE, and the incessant propping up of anyone black. Same with Brennan, and Narcisse. Narcisse can't come close to the qb Brennan is so from jump street, Brennan is not big enough. Narcisse is so big. Only a DT qb can beat Bama.

This is all a scam. DE was the very best dt qb ever at LSU, and now Burrow is one of the best dt qbs in college football. There is only one glaring problem here.
Funny how we have landed another super dt qb recruit in Parrish. Fact is, the sociology twits are know nothing parrots.
